Here is a little of what you can expect at a Nicholson & Belle sound bath…

Over the course of a session participants relax in horizontal bliss - blankets, pillows and mats can be provided for your optimal comfort and immersion. 

We usually begin with simple guided breath work to help ground bodies and minds into the space and prepare us for the journey ahead.

Participants are then invited to get comfortable in whatever way they choose and the sound meditation begins…

Live acoustic instrumentation and voices, balanced with other amplified musical and natural sounds wash over you, performers move about the space dynamically - directing sound waves from unique instruments over your bodies - vibrating you into harmony.

Wafting scents of pure organic essential oils and cleansing smoke are carefully and intentionally paired with the musical movements.

The sounds and smells will guide you through the experience. There is nothing for you to do but relax, enjoy and feel. 

As the session comes to a close, performers will bring you back into your bodies with brief meditative breath work. Returning you to homeostasis and preparing you for the day, night and life ahead.
